Michael Blackman
Born in 1977 in Los Angeles, California, Michael Blackman is an artist who has been creating paintings since the age of 16 while living on the central coast of California. After honing their skills and developing their unique style, Michael went on to graduate with a BFA from the prestigious California Institute of the Arts (CalArts).
With a keen eye for color and composition, Michael’s paintings are both vibrant and thought-provoking. Using a mix of traditional and contemporary techniques, Michael creates richly textured canvases that draw the viewer in and invite them to contemplate the complexities of the world around us.
